Vodafone offers unlimited calls, data starting at Rs 7 per hour

Dubbed as “Super Hours”, the operator is offering unlimited Vodafone to Vodafone local calls and unlimited 4G/3G data for one hour.

Vodafone is offering unlimited plans to its prepaid and postpaid customers starting at Rs 7 per hour, under its new plans. Dubbed as “Super Hours”, the operator is offering unlimited Vodafone to Vodafone local calls and unlimited 4G/3G data for one hour.

Starting with the Rs 7 plan, users will get unlimited Vodafone-to-Vodafone local calls for one hour. Then there is Rs 21 pack, which offers unlimited 4G/3G data for one hour. The one-hour duration will be activated from the time the pack is active in Vodafone systems.

Further in telecom service areas of Mumbai, Maharashtra and Goa, the voice pack will get activated from the nearest hour. For example, if unlimited Vodafone to Vodafone local voice pack gets activated at 2.45 pm, the customer will get the unlimited Vodafone to Vodafone local voice benefit from 3 pm, the company said on its app. The 3G/4G hour pack will be applicable in states of Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

The company is already providing integrated plans for its prepaid customers, which provide unlimited voice calls and data benefits known as SuperDay and Vodafone SuperWeek plans. Starting with Vodafone Superday, customers can make unlimited local and STD calls on the Vodafone network, and users will get 100 MB data (on handsets only) at just Rs 19 per day.

Further, with Vodafone Superweek, users can avail unlimited local and STD calls on Vodafone network along with 250 MB data (on 4G handsets only) at a nominal price of Rs. 49 for a week. Other than these benefits, Vodafone SuperWeek at Rs. 89, additionally offers talk-time benefits of 100 minutes to other networks.

It is important to note here is that data benefits are only applicable for 4G handsets, and if you have a non-4G device, then you will only get 50MB of free data. Further, both the packs come with an option of unlimited repeat purchases of these integrated packs. Lastly, the price of the pack might vary from circle to circle.

There is also a SuperNight recharge pack at Rs 29. Users can recharge the pack at any time of the day, however, it will only come into effect only from 1 AM to 6 AM. This translate to Rs 6 per hour for unlimited data, which is a welcome move. Further, in order to avail this pack, users need to dial *444*4# to activate and one can buy this pack from MyVodafone app, retail Vodafone stores and from company’s official website. However, the price of the pack may vary from circle to circle.
