Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) has introduced a new ‘Christmas Offer’ for its prepaid customers in Delhi and Mumbai circles. The offer is a limited period one and it comes with some interesting offer.
The new offer was announced the state-owned telecom operator on its official Twitter handle. Under this new offer, new prepaid customers will get unlimited data access for 60 days. However, there is a catch. Potential customers need to book a new prepaid connection between December 25, 2018, and January 31, 2019.

New customers opting for the latest offer does not need to perform a minimum recharge. However, it is important to note that one can only access 2G and 3G data as MTNL is yet to roll out the 4G network in the circles where it has its operations.
Previously, the company introduced a new offer to its broadband users wherein it is offering up to 120GB of free data to the prepaid users that have an active broadband connection. The plan is dubbed as “Broadband-GSM Companion Scheme” and under this, users will get 5GB of data per month with five years of validity.
Users who have a monthly bill between Rs 600 and Rs 799 will get 5GB per month for one year on the SIM. Users with a monthly plan of more than Rs 800 will get 10GB of free data on the SIM for one year. This makes a total count of 120GB of data for one year. After the data is exhausted, users will have to pay 3 paise per 10KB.
