Jio introduces Rs 1,776 All-in-One Prepaid Recharge plan ahead of tariff hike

Jio is providing the Rs 444 bundled package for four months.

Reliance Jio will be announcing new tariff plans starting December 6. Now ahead of that, the telecom operator has announced a new Rs 1,776 that offers a total validity of 336 days.

The new Rs 1,776 prepaid plan is nothing but a bundle of Rs 444 plan for four recharges (Rs 444×4) offering the same benefits for a longer duration. The plan which ships with benefits for 336 days (84×4) from the recharge is now listed on My Jio or Jio.com. It has also been mentioned by the company that your recharge will be activated only after the validity of your existing plan expires.

This way, Jio is providing the Rs 444 bundled package for four months. So the operator is allowing customers to recharge in advance for a whole year before the new plans become effective.

With Rs 1,776 plan, Jio customers can avail 4000 minutes free of Jio to non-Jio calls, 2GB/Day data for a total of 672GB for 336 days. It also offers 100 messages per day and complimentary access to Jio apps.

Jio will launch new unlimited plans from 6 December, which will raise its voice and data tariff by up to 40 percent. The company earlier said in a statement “Jio will be introducing new all-in-one plans with unlimited voice and data. These plans will have a fair usage policy for calls to other mobile networks. The new plans will be effective from 6th December 2019.”
