State-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has today revised the Rs 198 prepaid plan for its customers. The plan is however not valid on the pan-India basis but has been introduced in Tamil Nadu and Chennai regions.
The prepaid STV (special tariff voucher) plan now offers 1.5GB data per day to the customers instead of 1GB data daily it was offering earlier. Apart from data increase, the telco has also increased the validity of the STV which is now 28 days from 24 days.
According to a report by TelecomTalk, BSNL STV 198 can be activated through C-Top-Up, Web Portal only. The pack also comes with BSNL signature tune by default free of cost.
