BSNL introduces Rs 999 long-term prepaid plan

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced a new long-term prepaid plan for its customers in India. Dubbed as Rs 999, the pack offers some interesting benefits. 

 

The latest plan is a voice-only plan, meaning that users will not get any data benefits. Furthermore, there are no SMS benefits as well. That said, the plan only offers unlimited voice calls, though there is a daily capping of 250 minutes per day. Interestingly, users can call on any network including Mumbai and Delhi circles. 

 

The Rs 999 prepaid plan also offers free two months of PRBT benefit. Coming to the validity, it is valid for 220 days from the date of recharge, reports TelecomTalk. Meanwhile, the company re-introduced year-long prepaid plan for its customers. The prepaid plan comes with a price tag of Rs 1,999.

Under this plan, customers will get 3GB of data per day and once the limit is finished, one can still surf the net with a reduced speed of 80 Kbps. Furthermore, the pack offers calls up to 250 minutes per day. Apart from this, users will get free PRBT with unlimited song change and SonyLIV subscription for the entire period of validity.

 

Previously, BSNL extended the validity of Rs 1,188 Marutham prepaid plan in the country. BSNL is now offering an extra 20 days to its earlier validity of 345 days. It means that the operator is now providing 365 days validity with its Rs 1,188 plan. This BSNL plan is available in Chennai and Tamil Nadu telecom circles.
