Asus Zenfone 6Z spotted on AnTuTu with Snapdragon 855 SoC, 48MP selfie camera

The ZenFone 6Z has now popped up on AnTuTu with a benchmarking score of 363,172. According to the listing on the site, the device will be running on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 mobile platform with Adreno 640 graphics and 6GB of RAM. The device will run on Android 9 Pie and will feature a full HD+ display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels.

Asus is expected to announce the Zenfone 6 series next month which will include the Zenfone 6, 6Z and 6 Lite. Today, an Asus device with model number ASUS_I01WD has been spotted on benchmarking site AnTuTu and it’s the same device which passed through Geekbench yesterday and received WiFi certification last month.

The ZenFone 6Z has now popped up on AnTuTu with a benchmarking score of 363,172. According to the listing on the site, the device will be running on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 mobile platform with Adreno 640 graphics and 6GB of RAM. The device will run on Android 9 Pie and will feature a full display with a of 2340 x 1080 pixels.

The ASUS_I01WD device is also touted to arrive in 64 GB and 128 GB storage models. The highlight of the phone will be the 48-megapixel sensor on the front for selfies and video calling.

The Zenfone 6Z is also expected to equip a triple-camera setup at the back and an in-display fingerprint sensor. The vertically-aligned. triple-camera setup will be situated at the top-left corner of the device.

As per leaks, the Zenfone 6Z will come with a bezel-less display with no notch or a punch-hole camera cutout.If not that, we can expect the phone to feature at least a waterdrop-style notch to maximise the screen-space. It might also come with a gradient finish, one of which could be a mix of orange and blue hues at the back as seen in the image at the top.
