Airtel upgrades Rs 1,699 prepaid plan with more data per day

The Rs 1,699 prepaid plan from Airtel provides users with 1.4GB daily data for 365 days, meaning users will only have to recharge to enjoy their benefits once a year. During the course of the validity, Airtel prepaid users will also get unlimited local, STD and roaming calls as well as 100 SMS per day.

Airtel has upgraded its Rs 1,699 yearly prepaid plan with new benefits for the course of the validity. Starting today, prepaid users recharging with the Special Recharge STV 1699 will be able to receive 1.4GB of data per day.

The Rs 1,699 prepaid plan from Airtel provides users with 1.4GB daily data for 365 days, meaning users will only have to recharge to enjoy their benefits once a year. During the course of the validity, Airtel prepaid users will also get unlimited local, STD and calls as well as 100 per day.

Airtel Rs 1,699 prepaid plan

Like its postpaid plan, the Rs 1,699 prepaid plan also comes with Airtel Thanks benefits. Users can thus enjoy access to ZEE5, HOOQ, Airtel TV premium subscription, Wynk Music, device cashback and free Mobile security.

Prior to this, the Rs 1,699 prepaid plan was launched in January this year, offering users 1GB data per day, unlimited calls and 100 SMS per day for a validity of 365 days.

BSNL is also offering annual plans of Rs 1,699 and Rs 2,099 providing 2GB and 4GB data per day respectively for a total validity of 365 days. Apart from offering data benefits, the plans also offer unlimited local, STD and national roaming calls as well as 100 SMSes per day.

Previously, Airtel also revised its Rs 129 and Rs 249 prepaid plans offering more data than was offered before. Airtel Rs 129 prepaid plan now offers 2GB of data per day, unlimited voice calls, and 100 SMS messages daily. Airtel Rs 249 plan offers 2GB data per day, unlimited calls, and 100 SMS messages per day for a validity of 28 days.
