Yamaha Cygnus Ray ZR Street Rally launched in India at Rs 57,898

Japanese two-wheeler manufacturing, Yamaha has announced the launch of its new scooter in India. Dubbed as the Cygnus Ray ZR Street Rally edition, the vehicle will be available at a price tag of Rs 57,898 (ex-showroom) in Delhi. Badged under the “Street Rally” edition, it is an upgrade to March 2018 unveiled Cygnus Ray ZR.

The company has rolled out this new Cygnus Ray ZR Street Rally Edition with Rally Red and Racing Blue Color Options. This new scooter will be available through the Yamaha dealership from the last week of this month.Yamaha’s new scooter comes with the sporty look and new graphics. The front is now designed for a better wind protection and even prevent mud splatters. On top of that, theStreet Rally the first Yamaha scooter to feature a fully digital instrument cluster.

Further, it comes with the 170mm disc brake at the front for safety and a 21-litre space below the seat.Other than this, the Scottyrides on10-inch alloy wheels which comes with the tubeless tyres on both ends.

Meanwhile, the brand is all set tounveil the MotoGP edition of its most popular sports bike, R15 V3.0, in India in August. Similar to the brand’s MotoGP machines, the new variant will only be available in Blue colour. Further, the Movistar and ENEOS branding can be seen upfront above the headlights and on the side fenders.

It is worth noting that the MotoGP edition is already available in Southeast Asia at a price tag ofIDR 35,100,000, which is expected to be price roughly around Rs1.67 Lakh (ex-showroom) in India. Meanwhile, the standard variant of the R15 is selling for Rs 1.26 Lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
