WhatsApp, a company owned by Facebook, has released its own emojis which is slightly similar to the Apple’s emojis, with its latest Beta v2.17.364 update for Android users on Monday.
According to a report by Emojipedia,these new set of emojis is currently for WhatsApp’s beta platform, which means the final set might be different from the current. At the first look, emojis looks exactly same as the Apple’s emojis, but when you take a closer look, the difference can be easily spotted.
Emojipedia also reported that not only WhatsApp but Facebook is also replacing the messenger’s emoticons to give the same look over both the applications. Earlier, it was really confusing for users as they were using different sets of emojis for
Earlier, WhatsApp released Beta v2.17.340 update for Android users and with this users will have granularcontrol to clean up the phone’s storage. The Beta version offers Storage Management section into the settings menu, which allows users to mass delete specific type of message (text, audio, video and more) from the conversation while saving other.
