Vodafone introduces Rs 205, Rs 225 prepaid plans in India

The operator has launched Rs 205 and Rs 225 prepaid plans for its customers.

Vodafone has introduced two new prepaid plans for its users in India. The operator has launched Rs 205 and Rs 225 prepaid plans for its customers.

The operator has introduced both the plans under its bonus card option. Starting with the Rs 205 prepaid plan, it comes with a validity of 35 days and it offers 2GB of data. The pack also offers unlimited local, STD and national calls across India. Apart from this, users will get 600 free for the entire validity period.

Coming to Rs 225 prepaid plan, users will get 4GB of data and the pack comes with a validity of 48 days. The pack offers unlimited free calls on local and STD networks coupled with free national roaming. The pack also offers 600 SMS for the entire period. Both the packs also offer free Live TV, movies and more on the Vodafone Play application. As per Telecom Talk, the pack is currently available in Karnataka, Bihar and Jharkhand, Delhi and NCR, and UP West circles.

Previously, the Vodafone and Idea offered 400MB extra data on select prepaid plans. The Rs 399 prepaid plan comes with 1GB data per day and with the extra benefit, users will get 1.4GB data per day. Similarly, the Rs 449 plan offers 2GB of data per day and users will now get 2.4GB data benefit per day.

Vodafone is offering extra 400MB daily data on its prepaid recharge of Rs 399, while Idea is offering extra data on both Rs 399 and Rs 499 prepaid plans. However, in order to avail extra benefits customers need to recharge from My Vodafone and My Idea-Recharge and Payments applications.
