TCL Electronics has today announced the launch of its range of home appliances in India. The company has introduced a new range of Smart TVs, refrigerators, Smart ACs, washing machines and audio solution in the country.
Smart TVs
Starting with the Smart TVs, the company has introduced C6 and P8 series of televisions. TCL 85P8M, TCL 65C6 and TCL 55C6 are priced at Rs 199,990, Rs 89,990 and Rs 59,990 respectively. Both the series support 4K content. The TCL C6 series is available in two variants, 55-inch and 65-inch, while the P8 series comes with a single variant of 85-inch. All the models are equipped with microdimming technology and 10-point white balance, to provide wide colour gamut and contrast. The Google-certified Android TVs are up to 2.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The models runs on up to quad-core CPU and dual-core GPU.
TCL has also partnered with eight of India digital content platforms, including Eros Now, ZEE5, Voot, Jio Cinema, Hungama Play, Hotstar, ALTBalaji, and YuppTV. TCL’s partnership with Eros Now also gives users one month’s free access to premium entertainment content from the content platform. They also features voice search, Netflix, Spotify, and Chromecast built-in support. The series are integrated WiFi 802.11 b/g/n along with 2.4 GHz WiFi support.
Refrigerators
The company has introduced side-by-side and double door refrigerators in the country. The former comes with a capacity of 520 litres, while the latter support 545 litre capacity. The new refrigerators are equipped with smart swing airflow technology, no-frost technology, AAT freshness technology and inner partition storage feature that allows the food to be preserved properly. It also comes loaded with inverter compressors and water dispensers.
Smart Washing machines
TCL has introduced three new series in this segment with the front-loading G series (6/7/8.5 kg), the front-loading K series (9kg), and the top-loading B series (6/7/8/9 kg). The G and K series are loaded with features like honeycomb crystal drums, water sealing, non-pollution design, BLDC inverter motors, and intelligent automatic detergent inputs. The K-series also comes equipped with a touch screen display. The B series comes loaded with waterfall spray wash, honeycomb crystal drum, a detachable and cleanable pulsator, a 3-D storm wash, and a DDM motor.
Air Conditioners
The company has introduced a range of 3-star smart inverter air conditioners in India under its Elite series. The brand has launched different cooling capacities of 1, 1.5, and 2 tonnes, along with a fixed-speed 2-star 1.5 tonne AC. The smart ACs features a smart airflow and AI-inverter algorithm and the company claims that the 3-star ACs are able to deliver rapid cooling in 30 seconds. The models are equipped with ultra-low Frequency running, filter cleaning reminders, and low operating noise (22dB).
Audio solutions
TCL has also introduced smart TV sound solution with Bluetooth/line-in, SD card slot, USB, FM, and remote control along with a Tower and Sound bar; and wired as well as Bluetooth wireless headphones.
