Tata Sky has today announced the launch of its new DTH annual plan known as New Flexi Annual Plan. The company has introduced new freebies along with other benefits with the new plan.
To recall, the company launched the Flexi Annual Plan back in April. However, the company has made some changes the terms and relaunched it as New Flexi Annual Plan. To start with, customers can recharge for 12 months and they will get one month free. Tata Sky will add the amount for the 13-month within 48 hours of the recharge. Apart from this, the annual plan also gives the flexibility to add or drop channels at customer will.
One can also temporarily suspend the account if required with the new annual plan. Users will also get various digital wallet offers and free coupons worth the amount recharged on Tata Sky website or application. Interestingly, there is no lock-in period with this offer, meaning that customers can opt-out from the plan at any point in time. The New Annual Flexi Plan is valid from July 29, 2019.
In order to avail the New Flexi Annual Plan, Tata Sky subscribers will need to recharge an amount, which is equivalent to or more than 12 times the monthly recharge value. So, for example, if a subscriber has a monthly plan of Rs 500, then he/she needs to make a recharge of Rs 6,000 or more.
Previously, the company slashed the price of Tata Sky set-top boxes in the country. With the price revision, the Tata Sky SD is now available at a price point of Rs 1,399, against its original price of Rs 1,499. The Tata Sky HD is now priced at Rs 1,499 against its original price of Rs 1,699. The set-top boxes with the latest prices are now available for purchase from the company’s official e-store.
