Tata Docomo, in association with Dell, has announced a special plan for Dell laptop buyers. As per the pan, the teleco is offering its postpaid Photon Plus (CDMA) dongle with Dell laptops at special price along with free data usage for the first month. Later the offer will extended to Tata Docomo’s 3G products as well.
These customers will get to choose their own personalised usage limits so that they do not need to pay hefty bills in case they exceed their bundled data usage. At present, Dell will be offering this bundling option to customers of laptops in 150 major towns and cities across India.
Tata Photon Plus Mobile Broadband service is a CDMA based high speed data service offering speeds up to 3.1 Mbps and is available across all circles. The service apart from data connectivity also offers services like live TV, music download, video streaming, etc.
The partnership will leverage cutting-edge tools to simplify the Customer Acquisition Process for both users and channel partners. Furthermore, a dedicated Customer Care wing will address customer requests and queries, cutting down on lead times and resulting in a better after-sales experience.
