The Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) was launched last year in two variants - Rs 36,990 for the 6GB RAM/128GB storage, and Rs 39,990 for the 8GB/128GB configuration. The phone earlier received a price cut after which the device was available at Rs 28,990 for 6GB/128GB variant and Rs 31,990 for 8GB/128GB variant. Now the Galaxy A9 (2018) starts at Rs 25,990 for the 6GB + 128GB variant, down from Rs 28,990. The 8GB + 128GB version of the phone is now available at Rs 28,990, down from Rs 31,990.
The Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), on the other hand, was launched at a starting price of Rs 23,990 for the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage variant. The phone earlier received a price cut after which the Galaxy A7 4GB RAM variant was available for Rs 17,990 and the 6GB RAM variant was available for Rs 21,990. Now after the further price drop, the device is priced at Rs 15,990 for the 4GB + 64GB variant while the 6GB + 128GB variant is now priced at Rs 19,990.
To recall the specifications, the Galaxy A9 (2018) features a 6.3-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity display with 1080×2220 pixels resolution. It is backed by 3,300mAh battery under its hood. The phone has a 24-megapixel primary f/1.7 aperture sensor, with a 10-megapixel telephoto camera that has 2x optical zoom, a 5-megapixel depth sensor, and an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera with f/2.4 aperture. It has a 24-megapixel front camera along with an f/2.0 aperture. It is powered by Octa Core Snapdragon 660 processor with Adreno 512 GPU.
The Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) features a 6-inch full-HD+ with 1080x2220 pixels resolution and an 18.5:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is fueled by a 3300mAh battery with adaptive fast charging. It has a triple rear camera of 24-megapixel with LED flash, f/1.7 aperture, 8-megapixel with ultra-wide f/2.4 lens for wide-angle photos and 5-megapixel f/2.2 depth sensor. The front facing camera will feature a 24-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. It is powered by an Exynos 7885 octa-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz.
