Motorcycle manufacturer, Royal Enfield has finally unveiled the genuine accessories for its recently launched machines the Thunderbird 350X and the 500X. The brand has introduced sum of 16 accessories which are priced between Rs 800 to Rs 9,500, and are being listed on the company’s website.
Starting with the Windshield which is used to minimise the wind blast and ideal for touring is available at a price tag of Rs 5,000, while the embellisher kit for its protection will be available for Rs 1,500. Further, the Royal Enfield branded waterproof bike covers are available in Black and Navy Blue colour at Rs 900, which can be folded and zipped when not in use.
Other than this, the company has introduced three different type of crash guard/ leg guard/ engine guard, which includes the Octagon shaped and Trapezium shaped, are priced at Rs 2,100, while the third is the Air Fly. It can be seen in the image below, is available for Rs 3,450. Additionally, Royal Enfield branded oil filler caps are also for Rs 825 in Black and Silver colour.
Furthermore, the list includes the Brake Reservoir LID for Rs 800, pillion backrest for Rs 2,750, a pair for alloy wheels at Rs 9,500, soft panniers (saddlebags) for Rs 6,000, panniers rails (saddle stay) for Rs 1700 and Clear Flyscreen for Rs 2,550, while the tinted one for Rs 2,950.
Recollection few specifications, the 350X features a single air cooled, 346 cc displacement engine, which is capable of producing 19.8 PS at 5,250 rpm of maximum power with 28 Nm of peak torque at 4,000. While the 499 cc displacement engine generates 27.2 PS of power and 41.3 Nm of torque. The machines are mated to a 5-speed transmission gearbox.
