Portronics has today announced the launch of its latest wireless speaker in India known as Vibe. The latest Bluetooth speaker comes with a price tag of Rs 2,499.
The company claims that the speaker comes loaded with a slim form factor and it still manages to deliver some good bass. The speaker is just 355mm thick and it is portable to carry it in one’s back pocket, the company claims. There is a textured fabric mesh on the front, which gives an anti-slip grip.
The Bluetooth-enabled speaker comes with a 2x 4W stereo speakers and the company claims that the sound will not clip or stutter when the battery is low. The device comes with Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity and it has USB drive and FM Radio options as well.
The speaker comes loaded with a 2000mAh lithium polymer battery, which gets fully charged within 3 hours with any 5V USB charger. The device comes with power saving functions that automatically turns off the system the device is muted, paused or left idle for more than 10 minutes. The speaker measures 180 x 90 x 35mm and weighs 350 grams. The packaging of the device includes one main unit, one Micro USB cable and one 3.5 mm audio cable.
Previously, the company introduced Harmonics Talky II wireless earbuds in India at a price tag of Rs 1,499. The wireless Harmonics Talky II can be used both for taking phone calls and listening to music from any paired device. The earbud comes alongside a smart case which not only keeps the earbud handy while travelling but also doubles up as a charging case for the wireless earpiece. The Harmonics Talky II will be available across online and offline stores in India for an asking price of Rs 1,499.
