Panasonic Toughbook CF-33 fully rugged detachable notebook at Rs 2,70,000

Panasonic has launched today the world’s first 2-in-1 fully rugged detachable notebook, Toughbook CF-33. This is Panasonic’s 7th generation rugged Toughbook laptop and one of the first laptops powered by the latest generation Intel Core vPro processor. Priced at Rs 2,70,000

The Toughbook is ideal for industries including police, emergency services, government agencies, defence, field service workers, maintenance and service technicians in the utilities and telecommunications. The CF-33 comes with magnesium chassis, and IP65 water and dust resistance. Toughbook has a 10-finger capacitive touch QHD screen(2160×1440) and drops resistant up to 120 cm(4 feet approx).

The Toughbook CF-33 can be easily detached and can be used as a tablet and laptop. The screen of it can easily be flipped around, taken off and reattached. On the performance front, CF-33 is powered by Intel i5-7300U along with 4/8/16GB and 128/256/512GB of storage. The CF-33 is equipped with 2MP webcam with stereo microphones and 8MP documentation rear camera. Toughbook weights 2.76 Kg in laptop mode and 1.53 Kg in tablet mode.

Coming to the connectivity, CF-33 has a rich set of business interfaces with additional customizable options for the tablet that include 3.0, HDMI, LAN, micro SD-XC and headset ports. On the keyboard dock, there are 2x USB 3.0, USB 2.0, LAN, Serial, HDMI, SD-XC and ports. Additional tablet configuration options include second USB 2.0 port, Serial, Barcode Reader, Smart card Reader, Contactless Smart Card Reader and Fingerprint Reader.
