Panasonic introduces new range of air conditioners in India

The company has introduced two series, Advance and Arch for the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 39,990, which goes up to Rs 53,990.

Panasonic has announced the launch of new range of air conditioners in India. The company has introduced two series, Advance and Arch for the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 39,990, which goes up to Rs 53,990. The brand has introduced models in 3 and 5-star rating in 1, 1.2, 1.5 and 2 tonne variants.

Panasonic claims the new series deliver comfort, health, beauty and durability. The new air conditioners are equipped with a Twin Cool inverter technology. The Advance series are equipped Aerowings that the company claims provide enhanced cooling with 4 way swings for a wider airflow. The aerowings twin blades direct the air to the ceiling, once it reach a set temperature, to create a ‘Shower Cooling effect’. The Arch series, on the other hand, features powerful mode for instant cooling.

The Advance series is equipped with Nanoe technology that basically uses nano-sized electrostatic atomised water particles to remove PM 2.5 particles, dust, deodorise and inhibit bacteria and growth. This works even when the cooling function of the air conditioner is turned off. The Arch series is AG Clean filter, which comes with silver ions to improve the air quality of the room.

The new range also comes with eco-tough and corrosion-free parts and new yet modern design language. The new series offer stabilizer free operation and it can operate within a range of 145V to 285V. Both the series come with a 10-year warranty on inverter compressor and a 5-year warranty on eco-tough outdoor casing.
