Nokia partners with Jio for Rs 2,200 cashback under Android Go offer

The offer is applicable on purchase of new Nokia 1 smartphone before March 31

Nokia has partnered with Reliance Jio for its ‘Jio Nokia Go offer’, which will give Rs 2,200 instant cashback on buying Nokia 1, smartphone. The offer can be availed from March 27, 2018.

The Rs 2,200 cashback will be applicable to both existing and new Jio customers and the Nokia 1 buyer needs to do a recharge of Rs 198 or Rs 299 before March 31. Jio will be providing the users with Rs 44 cashback vouchers worth Rs 50 each which can be thus redeemed on subsequent recharges of Rs 198 and Rs 299 via MyJio only.

You will get the 10GB additional data voucher for a maximum of 6 recharges, performed between March 27, 2018, and March 31, 2019. Extra data will be credited within 48 hours and can be accessed under the ‘My Vouchers’ section of the MyJio application.

Recollecting some key specs, earlier this week the smartphone was launched at a price tag of Rs 5,499 in India. The Nokia 1 is equipped with a 4.5-inch display with a screen of 854 x 480 pixels.

Powered by a Quad-core MediaTek MT6737M 64-bit processor, the device is backed up with 1GB and 8GB internal storage. On the camera front, it has a 5-megapixel sensor at the rear and a 2-megapixel selfie camera at the front.

The smartphone houses a 2,150mAh removable battery and runs on Android Oreo (Go Edition). On the connectivity front, it supports dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, and GPS.
