MTS expands MBlaze service to 50 towns of Kerala

MTS will offer MBlaze dongle for Rs 699 to HP laptop buyers; offers plans starting Rs 96.

CDMA service provider, MTS has extended its high-speed mobile service to 10 more towns of Kerala. With this latest expansion, MTS MBlaze service is now available in 50 towns of the southern state.

Among the latest towns that have got the MBlaze service include Mahe, Peringanur, Neyyattinkara, Ambalappuzha, Aroor, Mannarkkad, Irinjalakkuda, Edappal, Taliparamba, Payyannur.

Vijay Kumar TV, head operations, Kerala, MTS India said, “We are immensely proud to expand the MBlaze network to ten more towns extending our reach to 50 towns across Kerala circle. This expansion is in sync with our endeavor to make MBlaze, our high speed mobile broadband service available to maximum number of customers in the shortest possible time”.

MTS provides high speed mobile broadband services in over 200 Indian cities including the top five metros. The company is rapidly expanding its high speed data (HSD) network and currently addresses over 92 per cent of data potential across India.

The MBlaze service offers data speeds of up to 3.6 Mbps, and offers unlimited data plans starting Rs 96 for a day and Rs 798 for a month. It has also tied up with Hewlett Packard (HP) to offer MBlaze device for Rs 699 on purchase of an HP laptop. Additionally, customers can enjoy data usage of 3GB at just Rs 444 per month for lifetime.

Through its MBlaze service, the teleco is also offering MTS TV for access to Live TV and video on demand.
