Idea Cellular has announced the launch of three new prepaid plans for its users in India. The new plans are priced at Rs 209, Rs 479 and Rs 529 and the packs are valid across all the circles in the country.
Interestingly, all the new prepaid plans come with a daily data limit of 1.5GB, though the validity of the plans is different from each other, reports TelecomTalk. To start with Rs 209 pack, users will get 1.5GB of data per day with a validity of 28 days, which makes a total count of 42GB of data for the entire period. The plan also offers unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS per day.

Moving on to Rs 479 plan, Idea users will get 1.5GB of data with a validity of 84 days. This means one will get 126GB of data for the entire period. Lastly, there is Rs 529 plan that offers the same daily data and the pack comes with a validity of 90 days. This means users will get 135GB of data. Both the packs offer unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS per day.
However, it is important to note that unlimited voice calls come with a FUP limit of 250 minutes per day and 1000 minutes per week. Once the limit is offer users will need to pay one paise per second.
Previously, the company introduced a new prepaid plan of Rs 149 for its customers. The new plan comes with a validity of 28 days and it competes with Reliance Jio and Airtel Rs 149 prepaid plans. Idea Cellular is offering its customers data, voice calling and SMS benefits for a period of 28 days, under this offer. Users get 33GB 2G/3G/4G data benefit, unlimited calls and 100 SMS per day. However, the unlimited calls are capped to 250 minutes per day and 1000 minutes per week.
