Huami has introduced the Amazfit GTS smartwatch in India, as expected. The Amazfit GTS will be available on Amazon for Rs 9,999 from October 13.
Launched in China in August, the Amazfit GTS comes with a 1.65-inch square AMOLED Display with a resolution of 348 x 442 pixels, 341ppi pixel density and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The watch supports Android 5 / iOS10 or higher. Design-wide, the Amazfit GTS is made of an aluminium alloy body which is available in Black and Grey colours with 6 Band options.
The smartwatch equips a 12-Sport Mode tracking alongside sleep and activity tracking and offers a Low-power BioTracker PPG sensor, a barometer, ambient light sensor, a 6-Axis Accelerometer and 3 Axial Geomagnetic Sensor for its sensing needs.
The Amazfit GTS offers a 220mAh battery which can last to up to 46 days in basic watch mode, 25 hours on continuous GPS tracking and 14 days on Full usage. The watch comes with 5ATM (50m) water resistance and is ideal for swimming and light snorkelling.
Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.0 LE, NFC, GPS and GLONASS. It weighs at under 25 grams and comes with a 2-pin POGO connector for charging. The watch is available in lava grey, steel blue, rose pink and more colours.
Huami also recently launched theAmazfit GTR 42mm in India for a price of Rs 9,999 onFlipkart. The watchfeatures 1.2-inch AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 390 x 390 pixels, 326 ppi pixel density, Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The Amazfit GTR comes withBioTracker PPG bio-optical Sensors for advanced heart rate monitoring,5ATM water resistance andup to 34 days battery.
