HMD Global has slashed the price of its four Nokia smartphones by up to Rs 13,000. The Nokia 3.1, Nokia 5.1 and Nokia 6.1 have received a price cut of up to Rs 1,500 while the flagship Nokia 8 Sirocco has got a massive price cut of Rs 13,000.
Nokia 3.1 is now retailing at Rs 10,999 as against its original price of Rs 11,999 after a price cut of Rs 1,000. The smartphone features a 5.2-inch HD+ display with a screen resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels, 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750N SoC and 2990 battery. It has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via microSD card slot. The phone has a 13-megapixel rear camera and 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
Nokia 5.1 3GB of RAM and 32GB storage variant is now priced at Rs 12,999 after a price cut of Rs 1,500. The phone was launched at Rs 14,499. The phone features a 5.5-inch Full HD+ display, MediaTek Helio P18 Processor along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The phone has a 3,000mAh battery, a 16-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front camera.
The Nokia 6.1 3GB RAM version now costs Rs 13, 499 while the 4GB RAM variant is now priced at Rs 16,499 after price cuts of Rs 1,500 and Rs 1,000 respectively. It comes with 5.5-inch full-HD 16:9 aspect ratio screen, Snapdragon 630 and 16-megapixel rear camera with Zeiss optics and an 8-megapixel front camera. Nokia 6.1 has a 3,000mAh battery and runs Android Oreo out-of-the-box.
Nokia 8 Sirroco has got the biggest price cut of Rs. 13,000. The smartphone was launched in India in April at Rs. 49,999. It will now retail at Rs. 36,999. It features a 5.5-inch Quad HD pOLED display and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Chipset which is coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It has a Zeiss certified 12-megapixel and 13-megapixel dual camera setup and 5-megapixel selfie camera. It is backed up by 3260 mAh battery with wireless charging support.
