BSNL rolls out new offer to Rs 1,699 prepaid plan

This BSNL plan offers 3GB data per day, unlimited local, STD and roaming calling and 100 SMS per day.

The state-run telecom company BSNL has rolled out a new offer to Rs 1699 prepaid plan. The new offer gives the validity to 425 days for customers recharging with this plan.

BSNL earlier revised its Rs 1,699 plan in August this year. The operator was offering 455 days of validity with the revision. This was a promotional offer from BSNL which was valid between August 14, 2019, and September 13, 2019. Earlier the same plan was offering validity of 365 days.

Then again in October, the Rs 1,699 BSNL prepaid plan was offered with a validity of 455 days till October 31. Now, under the new offer, the operator will offer a validity of 425 days which will be valid until November 30.

This BSNL plan offers 3GB data per day, unlimited local, STD and calling and 100 per day. There is also personalised ring back tones (PRBT) available with this plan.

BSNL was earlier offering 2GB daily data benefits with the Rs 1,699 plan. But now the operator is offering 3GB data per day. The new offer is valid between November and December for customers subscribing to the plan until November 30.

Airtel and Reliance JIo also offer Rs 1,699 long-term validity prepaid plans just like BSNL. The Rs 1,699 Airtel prepaid plan comes with a validity of 365 days and it offers 1.4GB data per day. It also provides unlimited voice calls and bundled SMS message benefits.

The Jio Rs 1,699 Jio prepaid plan also comes with a validty of 365 days and it offers 1.5GB data per day. Then there is unlimited Jio-to-Jio voice calling benefits, SMS benefits and subscription to Reliance Jio apps.
