BSNL removes Rs 333, Rs 444, and other prepaid recharge plans

alongside the discontinuation of Rs 333 and Rs 444 recharge plans, BSNL has also removed three other prepaid recharge plans of Rs 339, Rs 379, and Rs 392.

State-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has removed the Rs 333 and Rs 444 prepaid recharge plans. Both the prepaid plans were launched back in 2017 which are no longer available.

TelecomTalk reports, alongside the discontinuation of Rs 333 and Rs 444 recharge plans, BSNL has also removed three other prepaid recharge plans of Rs 339, Rs 379, and Rs 392. Notably, this development comes just after we heard of BSNL extending its ‘Bumper Offer’ to offer additional 2.21GB data per day until June 30.

The Rs 333 prepaid recharge plan was offering unlimited on-network voice calls with 3GB data per day and an after-FUP speed of 80 Kbps. This plan also offering EROS Now subscription and it came with 45 days validity. The Rs 444 recharge plan was offering 4GB data per day, on-network unlimited calls and EROS Now subscription for 60 days.

Other plans which are eliminated are Rs 339, Rs 379, and Rs 392. To talk about the benefits of these plans, the Rs 339 BSNL recharge plan was offering 3GB daily data FUP, free STD calls to other networks for up to 30 minutes per day. This plan had 26 days of validity.

The Rs 379 recharge plan was offering 4GB data per day, on-network unlimited calls and 30 minutes per day calling to other networks with 30 days validity. On the other hand, the Rs 392 plan was offering 3GB data per day, Eros Now subscription, and BSNL gaming offer for 56 days.

BSNL has also recently removed the Rs 10 and Rs 20 talk time recharge plans from all online portals in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana circle. Previously, the telecom operatorrevealed that it will be offering more data with Rs 35 and Rs 53 data vouchers. The Rs 35 STV data voucher which previously offered only 200MB of data will now provide users with 5GB of data for up to 5 days.
