Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has removed the Rs 10 and Rs 20 Talk time recharge plan from all online portals in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana circle. However, the talk time plans are available through physical vouchers. At the time of writing, the packs were not available in the above-mentioned circles and it is not known whether the company will remove the plans across all the other circles as well
In another development, the state-owned operator has extended the additional daily data offer for its prepaid customers in India. The offer, which was earlier valid till April 30, now comes with an extended validity till June 30. Under this offer, BSNL is offering 2.21GB of data per day on select prepaid plans, reports TelecomTalk.
As per the list issued by BSNL, Rs 429 and Rs 186 prepaid plans users will get the additional data over and above 1GB of data per day which their plan was entitled. This means users will get 3.21GB of daily data. Similarly, Rs484 and Rs 666 packs users who get 1.5GB per day data will also enjoy the benefits of extended data. It is also valid on Rs 1,699 plan which offers 2GB of data per day. The other plans in the list are STV 187, STV 349, STV 399 and STV 447.
Previously, the telecom operator revealed that it will be offering more data with Rs 35 and Rs 53 data vouchers. To start things, the Rs 35 STV data voucher which previously offered only 200MB of data will now provide users with 5GB of data for up to 5 days.
