BSNL introduces 121 My Offers service in India, discounts Rs 899 prepaid plan

Starting with the *121# My Offers, it basically present best special tariff vouchers (STV) based on user patterns.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced the launch of a new service that will showcase latest offers to its prepaid customers. Dubbed as *121# My Offers. The company has also introduced a special Ramzan offer in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana circles.

Starting with the *121# My Offers, it basically present best special tariff vouchers (STV) based on user patterns. If the customer wants more suggestion, he/she can dial *121*1# and operator will showcase all available STV plans present in the circle.

“The primary purpose of this scheme is that customer should get better value for their money by recharging more efficient voucher,” BSNL said in a statement. The state-owned telecom operator has confirmed that the new feature is also available for retailers as well. The retailers can dial *121customernumber# and suggest the plans to the prepaid customers.

Meanwhile, BSNL is giving discount on its Rs 899 for its customers in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. With this offer, the Rs 899 prepaid plan is now available for Rs 786 and it is calling it Ramzan offer. The offer is available until June 5 in the two circles.

Coming to the benefits, the Rs. 899 prepaid plan offers unlimited voice calls to any network, along with national roaming. The customers will also get 1000SMS, 5GB of data, free Personalised Ring Back Tone (PRBT) with unlimited song change option.

Previously, BSNL upgraded two of its STVs as part of a major makeover in the proceedings. The state-run operator has now revised the Rs 47 and Rs 198 STV packs, offering more data for the same price. The Rs 47 unlimited STV pack has now been revised with 1GB of data, which wasn’t present inside the recharge pack prior to the upgrade.
