Amazon Pay announces ‘Ab bada hoga rupaiya’ Cashback Offers for Indian users

Amazon will offer up to 30 percent cashback up to Rs 100 for your first ever mobile recharge on Amazon Pay and an additional 30 percent cashback of up to Rs 30 on repeated recharges. Similarly, customers can upgrade their DTH packages and get 20 percent cashback of up to Rs 50 for DTH recharges.

Xiaomi announced that it’s hosting an end-of-the-year No.1 Mi Fan Sale later this week and to get one over the Chinese company, Amazon India is now rolling out the ‘Ab bada hoga rupaiya’ Cashback Offers. With the latest bunch of offers, users can avail cumulative cashbacks of up to Rs 4,000 on mobile recharges, bill payments, food orders, movie tickets, travel bookings, medicines, grocery and toys when shopping on Amazon.in and partner outlets.

Amazon will offer up to 30 percent cashback up to Rs 100 for your first ever mobile recharge on Amazon Pay and an additional 30 percent cashback of up to Rs 30 on repeated recharges. Similarly, customers can upgrade their DTH packages and get 20 percent cashback of up to Rs 50 for DTH recharges. Users can also avail up to Rs 75 cashback when making payments towards electricity, postpaid, landline, and gas bills through Amazon Pay.

Amazon has also partnered with several food outlets and services including Swiggy, Domino’s, FreshMenu and Faasos to offer cashbacks when ordering food. Users can get cashbacks of 30 percent on both Swiggy and Domino’s to up to Rs 75 and Rs 100 respectively. Paying through Amazon Pay will also get you a 20 percent cashback on both Faasos and Fresh Menu to up to Ts 75.

Users can also avail cashback offers when booking movie or event tickets from BookMyShow, JusTickets and Go Eventz. Amazon Pay is offering a 25 percent cashback up to Rs 150 on BookMyShow and 20 percent cashback up to Rs 100 on JusTickets. Users can also avail 10 percent cashback up to Rs 250 on Go Eventz 2019 New Year party tickets.

Furthermore, Amazon Pay is offering instant discounts and cashbacks when booking bus and flight tickets using Amazon Pay. When booking a ticket through MakeMyTrip, Amazon will be offering an instant discount of 10 percent and an additional 10 percent cashback from Amazon Pay, which will be valid till December 15. Users can redeem 25 percent cashbacks on both Redbus and abhibus with additional discounts for new users and Prime Members.

Speaking about Prime members, users under the Amazon Prime subscription can shop with Amazon Pay balance and get 2 percent Prime Rewards on every order (to up to Rs 2,400 in a year). The offer will be valid until December 31, 2019. Amazon is also providing cashbacks when purchasing through its own portal with up to 50 percent cashback up to Rs 100 for payments made using Credit, Debit and ATM cards for the first time. Users can also load cash into Amazon Pay balance at the doorstep when paying cash for orders and get 100 percent cashback up to Rs 50. Amazon has also partnered with Axis Bank to give a 50 percent cashback up to Rs 50 for payments made using Axis Bank Credit and Debit cards for the first two online payments.

The ‘Ab bada hoga rupaiya’ offer will also come in handy when buying medicines using Amazon Pay. The online retailer is offering a 15 percent cashback up to Rs 100 on netmeds and medlife.

All online offers stated above can be redeemed starting today and are valid till December 31, 2018.

Amazon is also offering options to scan and pay at offline retail outlets with Amazon Pay. Users will be able to pay at offline stores in Bengaluru & get 50 percent back up to Rs 100 back across 4 transactions. At Shoppers Stop and Home Stop, Amazon Prime members can avail 15 percent cashback of up to Rs 750 while regular users can get 10 percent cashback to up to Rs 500 on purchasing items through Amazon Pay wallet. The options to make payments through Amazon Pay on offline outlets is valid till January 31, 2019.
