Airtel revises Rs 399 and Rs 448 prepaid plans

Airtel has revised its Rs 399 and Rs 448 prepaid plans. The telecom operator has reduced the data benefit of the Rs 399 plan but it has increased the data benefit of the Rs 448 plan.

TelecomTalk reports that the Rs 399 prepaid plan now offers 1GB data per day. Earlier the same plan offered 1.4GB daily data. Airtel’s Rs 399 now comes with 1GB daily data, 100 per day and unlimited voice calling for 84 days. However, some users are still offered with 1.4GB daily data benefit, but the open market plan offers 1GB data per day.

Moving on to Airtel Rs 448 plan, the plan now offers 1.5GB daily data instead of 1.4GB daily data it was offering earlier. The Airtel Rs 448 plan comes with a validity of 82 days and now offers unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS per day apart from 1.5GB data per day.

Recently, Vodafone also revised its Rs 399 prepaid plan. The telco previously offered 1.4GB daily data for a validity of 70 days. The plan now offers 1GB daily data during the course of 84 days with unlimited calling and 100 SMS per day.

Meanwhile, recently, Airtel announced Rs 169 prepaid plan with a validity of 28 days. The plan offers unlimited national voice calls, 1GB of 4G/3G/2G data per day and 100 SMS per day. The report also says that Airtel has now made the Rs 169 plan an open market making it available across the 22 telecom circles for prepaid customers.
