Airtel Monsoon Surprise Offer: Now get up to 30GB of additional data for 3 months

Bharti Airtel has announced that it will offer up to 30GB of additional data for three months for its postpaid customers with Airtel Monsoon Surprise offer. The latest offer can be seen as an extension of the ‘Airtel Surprise Offer’, which offered similar data benefits.

Users can opt for this offer by going to My Airtel after July 1, 2017. Like Airtel Surprise Offer, users will get 10GB of extra data every month. “Now as the monsoons approach, we are sending another shower of data your way. I am delighted to share that we are extending the data surprise by another 3 months. Now you get the extra data for 3 more billing cycles,” read the letter sent by Bharti Airtel CEO, Gopal Vittal to all Airtel subscribers.

Previously, the brand also added Hindi and 10 regional languages support for is *121# Digital Care services. The 10 regional languages include Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Bangla, Oriya and Assamese. The service is available for Airtel prepaid customers only.

For the unintended, *121# Digital Care is a platform for Airtel prepaid customers to get basic information like balance amount/recharge validity/ details of last few transactions etc. In addition, information relating to ongoing offers can be accessed via this platform and customers can also activate/deactivate value added services on their own.

In order to choose the preferred language, one has to dial *121# from their mobile phone and you will an option to choose the language. Reply with the number given to the choice and choose the desired language. *121# Digital Care facility is completely free of cost and does not require a data connection. It can be accessed via all smartphones and feature phones with regional language support.
