Airtel introduces self-care service for prepaid users

Just like postpaid customers, now Airtel prepaid mobile user can easily manage their accounts online.
Bharti Airtel today announced the launch of online self-care services for its prepaid mobile customers across the country. With this, prepaid mobile customers on Airtel can now log onto to access and manage their mobile accounts anytime, anywhere.

With the new 'Prepaid My Account' service, Airtel prepaid mobile customers can access a whole host of functionalities including checking balance, recharging, starting / stopping VAS services, provisioning 3G, raising and tracking service requests, viewing last 5 recharge details etc.

Airtel prepaid mobile customers can visit the new self-care website to receive and activate customised offers on 'my airtel, my offer' (MAMO), view tariff and top up options, and even can request for the itemised bills.
