Xiaomi Redmi Y2 second flash sale to be held today at 12PM

The Xiaomi Redmi Y2 comes with a price tag of Rs 9,999 for the 3GB and 32GB storage variant, while the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage option is priced at Rs 12,999.

After its first sale last week, Xiaomi Redmi Y2 is all set to go on sale for the second time today. The smartphone will be available on Amazon India and mi.com starting from 12:00 PM today.

The smartphone was recently in launched India starting at Rs 9,999. Incase you missed out to buy the smartphone in the sale yesterday, you can try your luck today. The phone is already available for purchase at Mi Home stores across the country.

The Xiaomi Redmi Y2 comes with a price tag of Rs 9,999 for the 3GB and 32GB storage variant, while the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage option is priced at Rs 12,999. The phone will be available in Gray, Rose gold, Champagne Gold and Platinum Silver colour options.

The Xiaomi Redmi Y2 features 5.99-inch display with 1440 x 720 pixels resolution and an aspect ratio of 18:9.The display comes with 450nits brightness, 10000:1 contrast ratio and 70.8 per cent NTSC colour gamut. It ispowered by a 2GHz Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor with Adreno 506 GPU. It comes with 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB of internal storage, and expandable storage up to 256GB via microSD. The Redmi Y2 gets its strength from decent 3,080 mAh battery and runs on 8.1 Oreo operating system wrapped under MIUI 9. There’s a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor as well.

On the camera front, the Redmi Y2 sports a dual rear camera of 12-megapixel primary camera with PDAF, Flash and 5-megapixel secondary camera for portrait shots. It has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. Besides the smartphone offers dual SIM, with VoLTE, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), 4.2, GPS, and a port. The handset measures 160.73 x 77.26 mm x 8.1 mm and weighs 170g.
