Xiaomi has scheduled its products launch in India on September 5 in which the company is expected to Redmi 6, Redmi 6A, Redmi 6 Pro smartphones. Now ahead of the launch, all the smartphones colour and storage variants have been leaked.
The report of MySmartPrice has confirmed the configurations and colour options for all the three smartphones in the country. As per the report, all the three smartphones will have four colour options. The Redmi 6A and Redmi 6 will come in Black, Blue, Gold and Rose Gold while the Redmi 6 Pro smartphone will be available in Black, Blue, Gold, and Red.
The Redmi 6 will come in two variants – 3GB RAM with 32GB storage and 3GB RAM with 64GB storage. The Redmi 6A will come in two variants – 2GB of RAM with 16GB storage and 2GB RAM with 32GB storage. Like both these two, the Redmi 6 Pro will too come in two variants – 3GB RAM + 32GB storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB storage.
Xiaomi Redmi 6, Redmi 6A were initially launched in China first. The Redmi 6A is priced at 699 yuan (approx. Rs 6,300), while the Redmi 6 comes in two variants of 32GB and 64GB priced at 799 yuan (approx. Rs 8,400) and 999 yuan (approx. Rs 10,520) respectively. BothRedmi 6A and Redmi 6 feature a 5.45-inch HD+ IPS (720 x 1440) display with 18:9 aspect ratio. On the software front, they run on Android 8.1 Oreo with3000mAh battery.
The Redmi 6 has octa-core 2GHz Helio P22 processor, 3GB+32GB or 4GB+64GB, dual rear cameras with a combination of 12MP + 5MP with AI functionality and a 5-megapixel front camera.
The Redmi 6A has a MediaTek Helio A22 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera.
Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro was also launched in June in China this year. It is priced at 999 yuan, 1,199 yuan and 1,299 yuan for the 3GB/32GB, 4GB/32GB and 4GB/64GB versions respectively. It features a 5.84-inch Full HD+ (2280 x 1080 pixels) 19:9 display and a notch at the front. All the variants have expandable storage via microSD card (up to 256GB).
The Redmi 6 Pro has a Snapdragon 625 processor, 4,000mAh battery and Android 8.1 Oreo with Xiaomi’s older MIUI 9 on top. There are dual rear cameras of 12MP primary sensor and a 5MP secondary sensor of an aperture of f/2.2 and a 5MP front camera.
