Along with the Mi Max 3, there will also be a higher-end variant of Mi Max 3 which is dubbed as Mi Max 3 Pro. It is speculated that the Pro variant will be powered by Snapdragon 710 chipset while the standard variant will come with Snapdragon 636.
Finally, after surfacing in a lot of leaks and rumours, Xiaomi is all set to launch it next giant screen smartphone under Mi Max series - Mi Max 3 on July 19. The company has started sending the media invites for the launch event to be held on the said date in China. The event will be held at 7:30 P.M ChinA local time (5 pm IST) on July 19.
The company has also made the launch date public on Weibo handle as well as announced on Twitter also. The Weibo post that carries the launch poster which mentions that the Mi Max 3 will be featuring a large-sized display and a big battery while the tweet reads "Mi Fans, something BIG is coming! Big screen, bigger battery. Mi Max 3 is launching next Thursday on July 19. Help us spread the good news! #Xiaomi #MiMAX3".

The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 Pro smartphone has already been spotted on Taiwanese certification agency NCC's official website.
As per earlier reports, Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will feature a massive 6.99-inch full HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is expected to run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor with4GB and 6GB RAM. After the recently launched, Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, the Mi Max 3 will be the second phone from Xiaomi to come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset. Xiaomi Mi Max 3 is expected to come at least in Black and Gold colour options.
For the camera, the smartphone will feature a dual camera setup with 20-megapixel Sony IMX363 primary sensor. It will run on Android 8.1 Oreo-based MIUI 10 and will be backed up by 5,500mAh battery with support for Quick Charge 3.0’s 18W fast charging.
