Xioami is all set to launch its next flagship Mi 6 smartphone this month on 19th April. Just yesterday, we saw the leaked pricing for the smartphone ahead of launch. And now today the Xiaomi Mi 6 has now been spotted on a GeekBench Benchmarking website.
In the GeekBench listing, the Xiaomi Mi 6 has scored an impressive score and got 2006 points in single-core test and in muli-core test it received 6438 points. As per the listing on Geekbench, the Xiaomi Mi 6 has 6GB RAM and Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 1.90 GHz octa-core processor. The handset is based on the Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system with the latest version of MIUI.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 was also spotted last week on GFXBencmarking website. However, the GFX listing showed 4GB RAM and 6GB RAM variants. As per earlier leaks, the Xiaomi Mi 6 is said to feature a 5.15-inch Full HD display with 1920 x 1080 Pixel resolution. The Mi 6 will come loaded with a 19-megapixel camera with Sony IMX400 sensor and 1/2.3-inch lens. For the front, there will be a similar 8-megapixel Ultra Pixel camera for selfies and video calling. The smartphone will get its power from a 3200mAh battery. The Mi 6 will come in 4GB/6GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB/128GB of UFS 2.0 storage option.
Along with the Xiaomi Mi 6, the Chinese handset manufacturer is also likely to introduce Mi 6 Plus. The Plus variant will boast a 5.7-inch screen but it will carry a similar 1080p Resolution just like Mi 6. It will feature a 6GB of RAM and might come in two storage variant of 64GB and 128GB. On the camera front, the Mi 6 Plus will feature dual-camera setup with both sportings a 12-megapixel Sony IMX362 sensor, while for the front, there will be an 8-megapixel ultra pixel shooter. The smartphone will be juiced by a large 4500mAh Li-Po battery. Both the devices are likely to be powered by Android Nougat 7.1.1 with MIUI 8 on top.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 and Mi 6 Plus are expected to be available with a starting price of 2,199 Yuan (approximately Rs 20,630) and 2,699 Yuan (approximately Rs 25,317) respectively.
