Xiaomi Poco F1 first flash sale was held yesterday on Flipkart and Mi.com. Now the company has announced that it has sold Poco F1 phones worth over Rs 200 crore (Rs 2 billion) in 5 minutes in its first sale.
It said that this made it the biggest and fastest flagship sale ever on Flipkart. Xiaomi has however not disclosed the number of units sold in its first flash sale. The next sale of Xiaomi Poco F1 has also been announced to be held on September 5.

TheXiaomi Poco F1 smartphone was launched in India last week at a starting price of Rs 20,999. There are three variants – 6GB RAM + 64GB internal storage, 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage at Rs 20,999, Rs 23,999 and Rs 28,999 respectively. There is another Armoured Edition variant priced at Rs 29,999 with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.

For the first sale, the company offered a flat Rs 1,000 cashback on purchase using an HDFC bank debit or credit card and up to Rs 8,000 of benefits and 6TB of 4G free data for Reliance Jio users.

The smartphone comes with a 6.18-inch full HD+ display with 2.5D Gorilla Glass and a Resolution of 2246×1080. On the software front, Xiaomi Poco F1 runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with MIUI on top with POCO launcher. The company has also promised to roll out Android Pie update to Poco F1 by the year-end. For hardware, it has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Processor with up to 8GB RAM. The smartphone is powered by a 4,000mAh battery.
In the camera department, Xiaomi Poco F1 has 12-megapixel with LED flash along with a 5-megapixel camera and a 20-megapixel selfie camera. In terms of connectivity, Poco F1 supports dual SIM, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack.
