Xiaomi recently launched the 13 Pro in India and post launch, its predecessor, the Xiaomi 12 Pro, has gotten a price cut in India. The smartphone that launched in India in April 2022 is now available in India at a discounted price along with multiple offers and deals. The device has the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Processor under the hood.
Xiaomi 12 Pro price cut in India
The Xiaomi 12 Pro launched in India for Rs 62,999 for the base 8GB + 256GB trim and Rs 66,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant. However, now, Xiaomi India has reduced the price of the smartphone by Rs, 10,000, where the base model is now available for Rs 52,999 while the top-end model comes for Rs 56,999.
Further, the company is offering a Rs 3,000 discount with HDFC Bank cards or a Rs 3000 exchange bonus. Any customer who owns a Xiaomi or Redmi phone will receive an additional Rs 5,000 discount, bringing the price of the 8GB RAM variant down to Rs 47,999 and the price of the 12GB model down to Rs 51,999. The price reduction on Xiaomi 12 Pro price is already being reflected on mi.com, Amazon.in, Mi home stores, and will also be applicable in offline stores.
Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 13 Pro has launched in India for Rs 79,999 for the sole 12GB + 256GB model. It will go on sale starting March 10 with early access beginning from March 6.

Xiaomi 12 Pro Specifications
The Xiaomi 12 Pro sports a 6.73-inch AMOLED LTPO (Samsung E5) display with a QHD+ (3200 x 1440 pixels) resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, and 100% DCI-P3 wide color gamut coverage. Along with that, it has Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support with 1500nits of peak brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC along with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The graphics are handled by the Adreno 730 GPU. At the rear, you get a triple camera setup including a 50MP IMX707 main camera with OIS, 50MP ultrawide camera and a 50MP telephoto sensor. At the front, there’s a 32MP sensor for selfies.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro is backed by a 4600mAh battery that has support for 120W Fast charging and is also equipped with Xiaomi’s own Surge P1 charging chip. Further, there’s support for 50W fast wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging. Connectivity options include 5G NR, NFC, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and USB Type C. Additional features include four-unit stereo speakers tuned by Harman Kardon which has 2x woofers and 2x tweeters. The device runs on Android 12 based on MIUI 13.
