Vodafone revises Rs 509 prepaid plan, now offers 1.5GB data per day

Vodafone has also revised its Rs 209 and Rs 479 prepaid plans.

Telecom operator Vodafone has revised its prepaid plan of Rs 509. The plan now comes with more data benefits for a validity of 90 days.

Telecom Talk reports, the Vodafone Rs 509 prepaid plan earlier used to offer 1.4GB per day. Now the same plan offers 1.5GB of data per day apart from unlimited calling and 100 SMSes per day. The users now get 100MB more on a daily basis, i.e a total of 9GB extra data throughout the validity.

Vodafone has also revised its Rs 209 and Rs 479 prepaid plans. The plans were launched along with Rs 529 plan last year. However, the telco has not revised Rs 529 plan and it remains the same offering 1.5GB data per day for 90 days.

The Rs 209 and Rs 479 plans now offer 1.6GB data per day for 28 and 84 days respectively. Earlier, the same plans used to offer 1.5GB data per day. Like Rs 509 plan, these plans have also received 100MB data more on a daily basis. Besides the data benefit, the Rs 209 and Rs 479 plan offers its customers unlimited voice calling without any FUP limit, 100 SMS per day and Vodafone Play subscription for 28 days and 84 days respectively.

Vodafone earlier launched a Rs 1,999 prepaid plan for users wishing to upgrade to a long-term plan, thus offering daily data benefits of 1.5GB in addition to unlimited local, national and roaming calling and 100 free SMS per day for 365 days. For unlimited voice calling,Vodafone launched the Rs 119 prepaid plan offering users unlimited voice calling benefits and 1GB data per day for 28 days.
