Vivo NEX price slashed in India by Rs 5,000

Vivo Nex runs on the Android 8.1 Oreo with the company’s Funtouch OS 4.0 on top and a 4,000mAh battery which supports 22.5-watt quick charging.

Vivo launched its flagship device, the Vivo NEX, in India mid this year for Rs 44,990. The phone has now received a price cut of Rs 5,000 and it now comes at Rs 39,990. The new discounted price is reflecting on Amazon India as well as Vivo Shop online. This the first major price cut of the phone after its launch in July in India.

Vivo NEX sports a 6.59-inch Ultra FullView “Zero Screen” display with a resolution of 2,316 x 1,080 pixels and a screen-to-body-ratio of 91.24 percent. Under the hood, the phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 with an Adreno 630 GPU. It has 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage with support for a card. The highlight of the Vivo Nex phone is its pop-up selfie camera that slides up and down whenever required.

On the camera front, the phone is equipped with a Sony IMX363 12-megapixel sensor with an of f/1.8, 4-axis optical image stabilization and 1.4μm pixel size and a secondary 5-megapixel lens of f/2.4 aperture. For the front, the device has a pop-up selfie camera of 8-megapixel resolution with support for scene detection.
