Vivo sub-brand iQOO is all set to add another variant of iQOO Neo smartphone, which will come equipped with Snapdragon 855 SoC. The smartphone is scheduled to launch in China on October 24th and will succeed the older Vivo iQOO Neo smartphone bearing Snapdragon 845 SoC. The registrations are already started on Vivo China website and various online retails partners.
As per listings, the upcoming Vivo iQOO Neo with Snapdragon 855 will have three variants to choose from- the 6GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage, 6GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage and 8GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage. Moreover, the smartphone is slated to release in three colour option- Carbon black, Electro-optic violet and Icelandic Aurora.
As per product image on a listing page, the smartphone will have an in-display fingerprint scanner, triple rear camera setup along with LED flash and waterdrop notch design.
Further, listing confirms that the Vivo phone with model number -V1936A spotted on AnTuTu, Geekbench and 3C certification website earlier was none other than a new variant of Vivo iQOO Neo smartphone.
As per AnTuTu, Geekbench and 3C listings, the smartphone will come equipped with Snapdragon 855 SoC (which is now even confirmed by the company itself) coupled with Adreno 640 GPU, 8GB RAM with 256GB storage (may launch later), a 1080p display and will run on Android 9.0 Pie based on FunTouchOS. As per Geekbench, the phone has a score of 3,516 single-core and 11,262 multi-core and as per the 3C certification website, the phone will support 33W fast-charging. Furthermore, the smartphone achieved the benchmark score of 477,016 on AnTuTu.
