Vivo iQOO Neo gaming phone launched with Snapdragon 845 SoC, triple rear cameras

Vivo iQOO Neo backed by a 4D Game Shock 2.0 feature, to provide enhanced haptic feedback while playing popular games.

Vivo sub-brand iQOO has launched its next gaming smartphone – iQOO Neo. The Vivo iQOO Neo is priced at 1,798 Yuan for the 6GB of and 64GB of storage variant. The 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 64GB and 8GB + 128GB storage variants are priced at 1,998 Yuan, 2,098 Yuan and 2,298 Yuan respectively. The phone comes in Carbon Black and Electro-optic Violet colours.

Vivo iQOO Neo features a 6.38-inch FHD+ Super with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 845 coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. It features an in-display fingerprint scanner and there is support for face unlock too.

For the camera, the phone equips a triple camera setup with a combination of a 12MP primary sensor with f/1.79, an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor. On the front, the phone features a 12MP camera inside the notch.

Software-wise, the iQOO Neo runs FunTouch OS 9 based on Pie. It is backed up by a 4,500mAh battery supporting 22.5W fast charging technology. The connectivity features include LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, with GLONASS, Type-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The phone comes with vapor cooling technology for better heat management along with touch acceleration and more. It is backed by a 4D Game Shock 2.0 feature, to provide enhanced haptic feedback while playing popular games. There are multiple modes on board including Turbo, Center Turbo, Net turbo, Cooling Turbo, and Game Turbo.
