Tablets with 4G connectivity in India

These tablets are available in India with high speed 4G connectivity.

LTE (Long Term Evolution) or is the fourth generation telecom technology that offers almost five times higher data speeds than standards, its predecessor. Though 4G is still in its nascent stage in India, many device makers have already launched their 4G capable smartphones and tablets in the country.

Last month, we had talked about 4G smartphones available in India under Rs 20,000, which you can read here. Note that almost all high end phones now are 4G compatible.

But the tablet segment hasn’t seen that much activity. Still the majority of tablets launched are either 3G versions or come with WiFi connectivity. However, there are few tablets in India which do have 4G connectivity. So if you are planning to buy a tablet, you must have a look at this list.

Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro – Rs 49,490

The Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro is one of the best tablets around. It has a 13.3 inch IPS display with a of 1440 x 2560 pixels. The Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro runs on the Android KitKat operating system and has a quad-core 1.86 GHz processor, which is assisted by 2 GB of RAM.
