Sony is expected to unveil Sony Xperia XZ1, Xperia XZ1 Compact and Xperia X1 smartphones at Sony pre-IFA 2017 launch event on August 31, which will take place Berlin starting from September 1 to 6. Just yesterday, pricing of Sony Xperia XZ1 and XZ1 Compact smartphones leaked online. Now today, we have official press images of Xperia XZ1 which have been leaked by popular leakster Roland Quandt via his official twitter handle.
The leaked images show the Xperia XZ1 in two colours – Black and Pink and reveals the device from the back and front. As per the images, the Xperia XZ1 will feature a selfie camera and Sony logo is seeen on the top. On the front, the display is flanked by two rather large bezels on both the top and bottom. On the back, we can see the rear camera at the top left corner with LED flash placed next to it. On the right side, there are power and volume buttons and the SIM tray sits on the left.

As per leaked pricing, Sony Xperia XZ1 will be priced at 599 GBP which is approximately Rs 49,265 while Xperiz XZ1 Compact will cost you 499 GBP which is approximately Rs 41,041. As per earlier leaks, Sony Xperia XZ1 with model number G8341 will come with a 5.1-inch display that has full HD (1920×1080 pixels) resolution and will be powered by Snapdragon 835 2.4GHz/1.9GHz octa-core processor with Adreno 540 GPU. The smartphone is said to have 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. Further, the Sony phone is expected to feature 19-megapixel autofocus camera and a LED flash in its rear panel. There is a 13-megapixel camera in its front for selfies. The device is expected to run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat or Android Oreo operating system.
The Xperia XZ1 Compact with model number G8441 will be a smaller edition of the above-mentioned flagship device and will come loaded with the same processor and RAM. However, it will feature a 4.6-inch HD screen with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and will be backed up by a smaller 2,800mAh battery. For the camera, XZ1 Compact will feature an 8-megapixel for the rear and front as well. Xperia X1 will be a mid-ranger and will sport a 5-inch HD display, will be powered by Snapdragon 660 chipset and will feature a 2,800mAh battery.
