Sony recently launched its latest models, the Xperia XA2, Xperia XA2 Ultra, and Xperia L2 smartphones at the CES 2018 in Las Vegas. However, pricing details of the Xperia smartphones were not revealed at that time. Today the company has officially announced pricing and availability info for the Xperia XA2, XA2 Ultra, and the Xperia L2. Now the company is also set to launch the Xperia XA2 Ultra smartphone in China on February 4.
As per a report of GizmoChina, Sony will announce the Xperia XA2 Ultra and Xperia Touch Android-based smart projector on February 4 in Shanghai. The company launched Interactive Android projector called Xperia Touch in Mobile World Congress in Barcelona last year.
The Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra has also been spotted on TENAA certification website ahead of its launch in China. The specs listed in the listing are almost same as those unveiled in the CES 2018 except memory storage and the battery. Sony announced Xperia XA2 Ultra in 32 GB and 64 GB storage models while the TENAA listing reveals only the 64 GB variant of the phone. The listing also features a different battery of 3,430mAh battery as compared to 3,580mAh battery announced at the CES event.
The Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra features a 6.0-inch screen with Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels). The Xperia XA2 Ultra will be backed by a 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The smartphone is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor clocked at 2.2GHz with Adreno 308 GPU.
On the camera front, the smartphone features rear camera of 23-megapixel with 4K recording and can capture 120 FPS slow-motion clips. For the front, the Xperia XA2 Ultra comes loaded with 16-megapixel dual seflie cameras, which are capable of recording 4K videos. It runs on the latest Android 8.0 Oreo operating system.
