Samsung recently launched Galaxy Tab A 10.5 and Galaxy Tab S4 tablets. Now out of them, the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is likely to be launched in India sometime soon.
As per a report, the Galaxy Tab A 10.5 will be launched in India for Rs 30,000. Globally, the tablet was announced in WiFi and LTE versions , in India only the LTE variant with the model number SM-T595NZBA is said to be launched. The WiFi-only variant will be launching in India at a later stage.
The tablet WiFi and LTE versions are priced €329 (approximately Rs 26,200) and €389 (approximately Rs 30,990) respectively. It is powered by a 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 450 Processor with Adreno 506 GPU. It has a 10.5 inch TFT LCD display with 1920×1200 pixel resolution and 16:10 aspect ratio. The tablet has a 3GB RAM, a 32GB Internal Memory and an expandable memory up to 400GB with microSD.
The Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is backed up by 7,300mAh battery and it runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) operating system. For the camera, it has an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 5-megapixel front camera.
Connectivity features include Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi 802.11 ac, Wi-Fi Direct, GPS + GLONASS, USB 2.0 (Type C). It measures 260 x 161.1 x 8.0 mm and it weighs 529 grams. Sensors on board include Accelerometer, Compass, Gyroscope, RGB, Hall Sensor.
As of now, Samsung has not announced anything about the launch and availability details of Galaxy Tab A 10.5 in India yet. Stay tuned for more details on this.
On the other hand, there is no information about the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 in India. It is a hybrid 2-in-1 convertible which comes with an AMOLED panel with minimal bezels, S Pen and DeX support. The tablet has two colour variants – Black and White and it is priced at $649.99 (approx. Rs 44,400) and $749.99 (approx. Rs 51,200) for the 64GB and 256GB WiFi-only variants.
