Samsung is gearing up to launch its new Galaxy F22 budget smartphone in the Indian market on July 6. Now, the South Korean firm is also planning to launch a new Galaxy A-series device named Samsung Galaxy A03s in India.
Samsung Galaxy A03s has been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification today with model number SM-A037F/DS. The listing suggests that the phone will soon be launched in India.
Sadly, the listing does not reveal any key information on the upcoming device. It just hints at an imminent launch in the country. We expect it to become available in the coming weeks.
The phone with model number SM-A037F was also spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification yesterday. The certification revealed that the handset would have support for Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. However, apart from this, the listing did not reveal any information about the phone.
The Galaxy A03s will be the successor to Samsung Galaxy A02s, announced in November last year. The device specifications and renders were leaked online in May.

As per the renders, the Galaxy A03s will sport a water-drop notch display to house a selfie camera on the front. On the backside, there will be a triple-camera setup with an LED flash. It is also said to have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button.
For the specifications, the Galaxy A03s is rumoured to feature a 6.5-inch display. For the camera, there will be a 13-megapixel primary sensor and two 2-megapixel cameras at the rear. On the front, the phone is tipped to feature a 5-megapixel camera.
The phone will measure 166.6 x 75.9 x 9.1mm. The thickness of the phone will be 9.5mm when including the rear camera hump. The Galaxy A03s will also offer a USB Type-C charging port and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The details for the chipset, storage, battery capacity, among others, are not known. However, we expect the phone to surface in more leaks in the coming days.Â
The Samsung Galaxy A02s launched in November last year with a 5,000mAh battery and support for 15W fast charging. In addition, it features a 6.5-inch HD+ display and powered by an octa-core chipset.
The phone has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, which is expandable to 1TB via a microSD card. Samsung Galaxy A02s includes a 13MP primary sensor, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. In addition, there is a 5MP selfie sensor housed in the notch on the front.
