The centre will be opened in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. With this, it this it finally seems that Realme will get out of the shadow of Oppo and establish itself as a separate entity when it comes to after sales support. As of now, the company was using Oppo service centres to offer its after sale support in the country. At the time of writing, there is no information on the company’s plans to expand its exclusive range of service centres across the country and what will be the timeline for the same.

Interestingly, in 2018, the company announced its plan to expand its offline sales in the country. Realme revealed that it will start its operations in ten cities across the country in January 2019, eventually adding 50 cities every quarter. With the city expansion, the smartphone brand will establish 20,000 outlets throughout the country. The retail outlets will have all the models of that the smartphone brand has launched.

The company has already bagged an exclusive partnership with Reliance stores for offline sales of its products. The smartphones are being sold at more than 130 cities across 1300+ Reliance Digital & My Jio stores. Realme has launched the Realme 1, Realme 2, Realme 2 Pro, Realme C1, Realme U1 and Realme 3 smartphones as of now.
