RCom offering unlimited Facebook for just Rs 16

Telecom service provider, RCom has announced the launch of a new lucrative offering for the college goers, named as ‘My College Plan’. Under this plan, RCom is offering unlimited calling and SMSing within the college group at just 5 paisa. Moreover, users can send a message to the whole college (students of a college enrolled under the plan) for just Rs 3.

Students will also get unlimited access to Facebook and Whatsapp as well for a monthly charge of just Rs 16.

The plan is exclusive for college students only and is available in 16 circles across India where RCom has a presence. In Delhi alone, more than 100 colleges have been selected for this offering.

To subscribe to My College Plan, users will have to SMS SUB to 51111. So, students of a Delhi College of Arts & Commerce will have to SMS “SUB DL3886” to 51111 from their Reliance GSM connection to get the plan activated and will be charged Rs 16 per month. To get the code for your respective college users can visit the RCom website.

Once the ‘My college plan’ activated, users will have to renew it every corresponding month. To discontinue the plan or opt out of it, users will have to SMS “UNSUB ” to 51111.

Users interested in activating the plan for their connection must note that under the plan any browsing or access to external links through Facebook will be charged additionally as per existing data charges.
