PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Season 4 starts today with mission cards, new faces, weapons

PUBG Mobile’s fourth season doesn’t require downtime and unlocks the Ranked season and Royal Pass season right away. A new season means PUBG will not take into account scores and rankings from its last season, allowing every user to start with a clean slate and equal chance to rise through the game.

Having concluded Season 3 of its online multiplayer gaming just two days ago, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds or shortly called PUBG is currently rolling out an update to its app on iOS and Android devices. The update brings Season 4 action to PUBG Mobile and will be released across various timelines on November 20 across the world.

Following up on Fortnite’s season implementation, PUBG Mobile’s fourth season doesn’t require downtime and unlocks the Ranked season and Royal Pass season right away. A new season means PUBG will not take into account scores and rankings from its last season, allowing every user to start with a clean slate and equal chance to rise through the game.

Season 4 will feature a Royal pass for the new season that will offer weekly challenges with up to level RP 100. Users will be greeted with special rewards once they get past level 100 and will be able to access some locked content. Elite Upgrade and Elite Upgrade Plus options will allow users to receive benefits when levelling up as well as paid benefits with 100 UC.

Among new features, PUBG Mobile Season 4 will add rare outfits, new character faces, hairstyles, firearm finishes, redesigned weapons, parachute menus, vehicles, skins and backpacks. There are Mission Cards as well as a new assault rifle M762 which was called the Beryl M762 on the desktop version of the game. The new rifle features three fire modes – single, burst and auto and different slots for grip, muzzle, magazine and scope.

All features will be accessible by the end of November 20 or at least by November 21 on all smartphones update to latest version of PUBG Mobile.
