Philip has today announced the launch of a new smart bulb in India. Dubbed as Philip Smart Wi-Fi LED Bulb, it comes with a price tag of Rs 1,099, however, during the ongoing Amazon Great Indian Festival, it is available for Rs 929.
The Smart LED bulb is loaded with WiZ technology platform. One can simply download WiZ App from Play Store or Apple App Store and connect the home WiFi network to the Smart WiFi LED bulb. The bulb also works with voice assistants including Siri, Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. It comes with millions of colours options to choose from or users can simply apply preset themes. One can also create customised light settings as well.
The company claims that one can tune the bulb to perfect shade of white light ranging from warm white to cool daylight. Philips Smart Wi-Fi Bulb also lets you automate your lighting, using its timer and scheduling functions. For example, your lights could switch on automatically as you reach home.
